Good onboarding takes time - but we’ve made it as easy as possible 🪽

Goodwings onboarding estimated timeline and onboarding steps, from discovery to launch.

We’ll set you up for a successful onboarding, nomatter the plan. On all paid plans, our onboarding process will be facilitated by your personal account manager, who will help you identify your needs, set up your account, do live training for employees and more. On our “Get Started” plan, you’ll get access to our Goodwings Customer Dock, which provides onboarding and training videos on all features. Onboarding can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks.

Onboarding time depends on a few things:

⏰ Admin availability: How much time your admin is able to dedicate to setting up weekly

💵 Chosen payment method: Existing credit cards can be set up in a few minutes, but consolidated invoicing can take a few weeks

🏋🏼 Training: How many people need 1-1 training in using the platform, and when they’re able to take training calls with the Goodwings team
