When an admin has added your contact information, you will receive an email to activate your Goodwings account. Once it's activated, log in to your account, and click on your initials in the top right corner of the booking page. 

From here, you can click on "my profile", and easily add: 

• Personal information
  Name, title, gender, pronoun, date of birth, contact details, preferred language, travel documents, emergency contact and more.
  
  
• Configuration
  Approval and arranger settings.
  
  
• Work
  Cost center, employee ID, legal entity, manager, country/region, work contacts, office address and more.
  
  
• Preferences
  Travel preferences for air, hotel, car and rail, including seating, meals, amenities, stations/airports, preferred airlines, hotel chains, car supplier brands and more.
  
  
• Loyalty 
  Here you can add any Air frequent flyer programs, hotel loyalty programs, car loyalty programs or rail loyalty/discount cards.
  
  
• Payment
  Manage your credit cards and unused credits.
  
  
• Notifications
  Decide which notifications you want for bookings, travelers you arrange for, and approval requests.
  
  
• Connected apps
  Manage your connected apps and services.
